That's great, Ramon and good luck with your Substack!
I'm going to host a webinar in August about Substack strategy and monetization. It's for paid subscribers but I also have free resources such as this article about my own strategy:
Thank you for sharing. This is something Iβm thinking through hard at the moment. I turned some of my posts into an ebook recently after reading your book - but Iβve only sold one copy π± and Iβm not sure how I could do a course based on the niche I write forβ¦ So, I love all the ideas - but need to think about how to translate them into my Substack world!
I am working on consolidating top 100 lessons from consuming over 500 podcast episodes for the newsletter and publishing that as an ebook on Gumroad.
Secondly, rolling out a cohort based monthly call for paid members. Focus will be to overcome the lack of implementation of ideas I discuss in my newsletter. Your post provided additional ideas as well. Thank you as always Veronica
This is super helpful! Thanks. It helps a lot.
Awesome! Thatβs great to hear.
Great explanation of the many options available to solopreneur creators once they have some great quality content behind them.
Thank you, Graeme and you bring up a great point: it takes time to build a funnel and you need to focus on quality content first.
Brilliant framework, I just started my Substack but as soon as I have enough content I will revisit this post, saving it.
Gracias Veronica.

Hi Holly!
I'm glad this gave you some points to think about.
I did a course on Substack by sending a weekly email to my paid subscribers on the topic of Personal Brand.
I would say don't overcomplicate it and get started.
Good luck!
very helpful, thanks for sharing :)
You are welcome, Claudia.

Those are briliant ideas and very aligned with your podcast, which is fantastic as you are building an ecosystem.
Good luck and I'm glad I gave you some food for thought ;)
Thank you for adding that, Hamza, and I couldn't agree more.
In my case, I have books, digital products, and I'm growing a library of content.
What type of income streams do you have?
Thank you, Vladica, that's fantastic to hear and good luck with your launch!
