I began a while ago with Notion then allowed it to drop out of my routine. Thank you for the reminder to use this great program properly! You have inspired me! Have a great day!
So Alberto, I zoomed in and Iβm going to medium to look for that article about when you donβt adore your wife. Iβm intrigued. And also, what language is that in your notes?
Can I borrow some of your methods for using Notion? :) Everyone is excited about it, but I didnβt think much of it until you showed us examples! Also, great job on noticing that you're not seeing some of your favorite creatorsβwhat a fantastic idea to keep a list! I need to start using Notion ASAP!
Great introduction to Notion, Thanks! I have been using Notion for a while, but havenΒ΄t taken the deep dive into all the options of the software. But I see the huge potential in it. I might have to reconsider after this article. :-)

I use Notion for work and my small business, I love it so much! I thought about if I should use it for my writing as well, and this article just gave me the push I needed. Everyday I discover an amazing Notion feature. I canβt wait to learn more about the app and implement some of these ideas.

Great post! I also use Notion as a kanban board for content planning, when I'm in the process of applying for a new job, and I use it to journal/track my mood. But yeah, agree that it's a steep learning curve - if it's a document I need to share with my mom or boyfriend, I stick to GSheets or GDocs instead.
Yay, this is so affirming. Thanks, Veronica and Alberto!

I've been trying to figure out Notion for a year. Despite all of the templates I've acquired, I think this article explains things better than anything I have seen.

This is really useful. I've been using Notion for about 6 months but haven't taken the time to set up structured pages for my writing. These are some great ideas π‘
As for writing, if your dedicated, you put time into your research on any subject you write about, you proof read your work, it's original, and everything you have, and put into it is something your passionate about, like a business owner, you'll secced and thrive well.
The Engagement Tracking is a great idea! Thanks Alberto!
There's an article in my Substack showing how to do it.
Love Notion!! Such a game-changer for me - even over Google Docs. Love the ability to create so many different tools and systems in one place.
Exactly.
And they keep adding features.
custom CRM - love this idea! Gonna try it
Thanks!
Excellent post Alberto, really love the ideas for people to be organized and more productive with Notion.
I am a ClickUp power user myself and do most of the same things, but like you said, the tool is not the important part, the person and the system are.

I really like your Celebration board, I may steal this idea if you don't mind.
Sounds like a good collection for testimonials.
Steal with abandon!
Thanks for your words.

Thank you!
How do I get on the engagement list? π
First: become a founding member.

haaa! I knew there was a catch! Good one.
Your repurposing advice is genius!!!
I have an entire guest post dedicated to that: https://kristinagod.substack.com/p/how-to-repurpose-your-writing-on

I'm Italian!
But which article are you referring to?
The one about Notion. Well that answers my question!

Well, thatβs the purpose of the article π

Thatβs the goal.
And you can do everything listed here for free. (Except for AI)
Is it possible to work offline with Notion?

Sounds great!
Itβs not only the features, itβs how you can apply and combine them. Endless discoveries.
I love Notion! There are lots of great nuggets in this post that I want to try out. Thanks for sharing.
Perfect, thanks!
What are you going to try?
The Kanban board for sure.
It's such a great overview, right?
I loved the examples with screenshots.
We are thinking of a workshop for paid subscribers. Would you be interested?
A Notion workshop would be great Veronica. This article has re-ignited my interest in Notion.
Thank you for your feedback, Roy.
Iβm discussing this with @Alberto Cabas Vidani
Absolutely

Yes, I have to use Google with other people, too.
Awesome, Regina, it's all Alberto!
I'm still learning here and every day is a school day at Substack π

Thanks. Templates are problematic.
Often you end up forgetting about them, or you have to learn how to use them, or you have to heavily customize them to your needs.
The best approach is to take one single goal, one thing you want to implement in Notion, and learn by doing.
Makes a lot of sense.
So happy to hear that, Susie!
I found it super useful too and we are thinking of having a hands-on workshop for paid subs. Would you be interested?
Yes ma'am

Great. Which idea seems more helpful to you?
Really awesome, right?
I think we all want more and I'm going to get Alberto to host a workshop for us ;)
