Yes, I need help from an iron woman. I'm in a bit of a stressful situation right now, I'm moving out next week, once I finish with the details, I'm gonna contact you again.
It's all Jen and how she took the feedback and ran with it. I thought it was very inspiring as we can all see ourselves reflected in her journey, especially the blind spots.
THIS: "Recognize We All Have Blind Spots," was my favorite line in this post. You're right, we do all need coaching from our peers and it's amazing that we all have different areas of expertise. And we are all sharing our knowledge openly for the greater good~!
PS: You ARE the master of shifting perspective. Every time I'm bummed about something you change my thinking immediately. And this is why I'm jumping on Zoom with you in T minus 9 minutes.
I'm currently in the phase of Overwhelm taking in all the info I am receiving and planning my best course of action moving forward. Substack & Medium have both helped to bring this info to my doorstep.
A lot has been happening recently. I lost my best friend to a stroke. He's alive, but forever confused about everything. They will soon commit him to a nursing home.
My wife is currently at the ER. I hope its not serious. I am watching our daughter who is peacefully sleeping. :-)
On the bright side, I was able to get my friend's domain transferred to me so I can continue his/our legacy with that. We recently co-wrote an Amazon Bestselling title which now he has no clue about it.
I have some other pressing issues also. :-)
I was a U.S. Marine so that helps deal with multiple challenges, but overwhelm can still creep in. I'll be fine. Hopefully my wife will be ok.
I will be a paid subscriber of yours for another month at least. I follow Sinem Gunel as well as a few others who seem like they are doing great.
Thanks, Jen, this is very insightful.
It's amazing what a trained pair of eyes looking at your work can do! Veronica's strategy session also gave me clarity about my strengths and focus.
Thank you, Jeanette, I really appreciate your feedback.
It’s very often about clarity - once you have a clear vision, everything else starts to flow.
I need a strategy for sure.
Hi Yannis!
How are you doing with that?
Do you still need help?

Glad you found it movtivation Sheridan - this is such a synergistic collab:)
Yes, it has that synergistic energy 😃
Thank you, Sheridan!

Agreed! The emphasis on finding a mentor who’s only a few steps ahead is also fantastic. It makes the feedback more meaningful and grounded, I think.

YES! And I'm excited about our collaboration too! So glad I can provide a perspective shift for people. It's so important.
Love to see the collaboration here!
I hope you both had a productive call and look forward to seeing what comes out of it.
Cheers, Kristi!

Excellent article Jen & Veronica!

Thank again!

Overwhelm is so common Melvin. Follow Veronica's Northstar advice and break things down by learning and implementing one thing at a time.
Thank you, Mel.
I know that feeling too well. There's a lot of noise out there and it's easy to get pulled into different directions.
My only tip is to focus on your vision: what impact do you want to make with your articles, books, videos, courses, etc.
It doesn't matter what you create but it's important to have that clear North Star to help you connect the dots.
You got this!
Thanks for sharing Veronica!
