Self-realization is the foundation of a meaningful life—a journey of uncovering your inner truth and aligning with your purpose. ⏳ Solitude plays a vital role in this process, offering the stillness needed for deep introspection 🌿 and the fertile ground where creativity thrives 🎨. It is through these moments alone that we unlock the key to life: caring for others 🤝 and loving wholeheartedly ❤️. Acts of compassion and connection become timeless symbols of our humanity 🌍. True fulfillment lies not only in understanding ourselves but in cherishing and uplifting others, creating a legacy of kindness, creativity, and love 🌟.
I am glad you're found value in the article. That's was my aim. Storytelling is hardest skill to master even though humans are natural storyteller. We lost the art somewhere between living in caves to high rise individual apartments.

Neera,I was to participate on your webinar with Veronica, but having been dead tired, i couldn't make it at 2am CET. Reading your wise words above, I am very sorry for missing the call.
I have been a maniac of story telling all my life, just it stayed verbal until recently. My dear wife passed away two and a half years ago. Since then I have my Sunday family lunch with my sister in law, her son, daughter in law and granddaughter. Every single lunch I tell a story and can't reach the end of it.
Your enthusiasm, coupled to Veronica's must have been fantastic.
I am sorry you lost your wife, Zsolt. How so lovely to tell a story at lunch time. We will have another opportunity to meet on the Zoom call. I am thinking of organizing a storytelling boot camp, early next year. Subscribe to my newsletter so that you know when it’s on.

That is such a wonderful idea. You are terrific. Right now I am working with Kristina God just to get use to substack. If you open it again I would certainly be interested. Even though I write non-fiction I think having a sense of story makes it muchmore interesting
Thank you Neera, it's really lovely to know more about your process but also the journey and how you overcame your challenges and are using the magic of storytelling to make your dream come true.

This is brilliantly insightful and so very useful. Thank you Neera for providing such a valuable resource, and a wonderful glimpse into your life as a writer. The book goal is very real and high on my achievement ‘to do’ list - just the 1 for now though ☺️. Good luck with getting to your 100th!!
I am glad you found it useful Anna. I started with one book too. But soon I wrote three. Once you write one, you get addicted. Many of my students have written multiple books too. Good luck with your first one.
In a week where my 33 year career hit the rocks, this article was such a joy to read.
Thank you for such kind words, Heather.
Thank you for the inspiration!
