My brain is spinning! As soon as I can afford this, I am becoming a paid subscriber. Your work for "free" subscribers makes so much sense and is so helpful that I am thinking I really need to know all that you are offering!
Gold! I'm on my second digital business. The first one led me to a bad bad bad burnout because I didn't have this ecosystem mentality. Back then I sold over 7000 online courses and made 7 figs out of pure hard work. Today I see I could have achieved the same results in a much smoothier way. Now, that I have just started my second business, I see the bigger picture and focus on long-term strategies. It may take a little longer to see results, but I'm sure they will be everlasting. I'll check out the webinar! 🤓
I liked the break down of the eco system. As someone just starting out and beginning to expand platforms it's nice to have an idea of how these platforms can cross over with each other and benefit one another.
As I said, it takes time to build an ecosystem but it's useful to keep the concept in mind from the beginning so that you don't get pulled in different directions.
If you are just starting, I have some webinars that you might find interesting as well as free articles. I think you will find this one useful:
I’ve been considering the idea of becoming a digital writer for a few years now. What’s held me back is not having a formal writing background, so I’m curious to see if a beginner like me can actually make money online through digital writing. The goal is to document my journey, and who knows, if I succeed, my posts might help someone else down the line.
I have a farm blog that has always performed well but I have never monetized. It has a nice 19000 followers - a good 1000 of them are frequent readers. We are on Wordpress. I wonder if I should post it on medium as well. Hmm. You have me thinking.
Being a productivity nerd myself you kind of threw me off with the opening (I see a personal productivity system as the ultimate leverage) but I get your meaning 😉
I'm thinking of leaving the Book for last (no experience) but I have lots of experience on the others.
Is a book the main lever for getting speaking engagements?
I think it's the combination of productivity with leverage that yields results.
Re public speaking, it's not really the books but the public speaking itself: I started speaking on podcasts, then Chambers of Commerce, industry events, government agencies...that allowed me to build a portfolio and have credibility to then target companies and be able to charge for keynote and workshops. The books are a plus but the main driver is having experience and credibility - which is really hard to get when you are just starting! 🐥↔🥚
This article reminds me of the debunking of Malcom Gladwell's "10,000 hours to become an expert." As it turns out, you can burn your heart out practicing your craft, but unless you focus on quality performance, you can practice twice that 10,000 without significant gain. I think leverage is definitely part of the quality equation. The right strategy trumps the time spent.
Amazing Veronica. You have built an impressive ecosystem, a flywheel with multiple streams. Now, I'm just waiting for you to move from books to full-length movies 🍿

Hi Mimi!
My new goal is to make my readers’ brain spin, lol.
Take a look at the preview of the webinar and see if you would be interested to watch the full thing.

That's so impressive Tatiane: 7,000 online courses?? how did you manage?
Congrats on the 7 figures but there's no point in chasing numbers at the cost of your mental/ physical health.
I'm really happy to see you are finding a balance.
Looking forward to your feedback re the webinar - I hope you find it useful!
Well, I managed working like CRAZY! lol
I love ecosystems and when you talk about leverage, it's Happiness ;-)
Hahaha, you heart sings with productivity 😉

Thank you Mary!

Thanks for the useful links. I've saved them to read later. I only have so much brain width to take in info . But this looks quite helpful.
Great Mary, feel free to DM if you have questions.
Brilliant. I fund your example to be helpful when thinking about connecting everything in my world.
Thank you and yes, if you take it one step further, you can connect everything in your world.
This was great to read, came at just the right for me, was on the fence about starting a new project but this has given me the boost I needed.
That's awesome, Ohenewah!
What's the new project?

I only started writing at 41 and I have been able to create a new career in 2 years. It’s possible but it requires a lot of work and a strategy.
If you need help, this is the article with the strategy that helped me gained my first 1,000 subscribers.
Good luck!

Wow, thats so inspiring, thank you so much veronica.
You are welcome!
Feel free to DM if you have questions.
I need to get on Gumroad. I've been thinking about bundling some posts.
Absolutely!
You could totally do a compilation and publish it there. Also, it could be a freebie for your paid subscribers.
Cool
I’ll be taking a break in Sunny Greece for your next Webinar - Will be the first thing I watch when we get back though 😊
Look at you! Love it!
Please post some pictures so that you can give us inspiration 😉
I’ll try to post a note daily for you 🥰 nothing beats the sun shining on the Aegean for inspiration ☀️🏖️

Hi Cecilia!
That would be amazing.
Ideally, it would be great if you could find ways to monetize the large audience you already have…
In any case, using pre-existing content on Medium will only enable you to make a bigger impact so it’s a win.
Cheers!
🌹🌻🌸💐💚💜❤️🌼😍🥰
As helpful and supportive as ever, thank you!✨
Excellent ecosystem picture Veronica 👍

Great input, Cathy and yes, leverage is one element of quality but there is much more. Getting constructive feedback and acting on it is key.
1,000 reps are useless if you are using your muscles the wrong way. I learned that from triathlon ;)
Amazing Veronica. You have built an impressive ecosystem, a flywheel with multiple streams. Now, I'm just waiting for you to move from books to full-length movies 🍿
Hahaha, thank you, Nick!
For now, movies is mostly dates with my children 😉
If you are interested in the topic, I really encourage you to join the workshop.
My goal is for the participants to build their own ecosystem and start to connect the pieces in a strategic way.
Cheers!
I loved it, Veronica! It's all connected, like Apple devices in one ecosystem :) We can learn and apply so much from the big businesses :)
We really can.
There are so many skills and learnings that are transferrable. I always apply a lot from Apple as I worked there for 7 years.
Thank you, Yana!
Me too, I apply a lot from what I know from already 15 years in my 9-5 :)
That’s great, Yana!
I see so many people vent about the 9-5 but I think it’s smarter to leverage the lessons and apply the skills learned.
Winning! 😉
This is most timely article for me. Waiting for the webinar.
Awesome, Neera!
And it's in your time zone ;)
Looking forward to having there.
