I am not a triathlete, but as a distance runner in my younger days and a woman who considers yoga an Olympic sport I definitely have the athletic mentality. However, I am looking forward to this webinar to up my game!
10 am London is 3 am Costa Rica so thank goodness I won't be in Costa Rica! I half the year in Maryland, USA and it will be 5 am, not much better. I will be watching the recap.
I just returned from two weeks in Puerto Rico and will be heading south to Florida in the early Fall. Not only do I have trouble figuring out where I am but what day of the week it is! My exercise schedule helps to keep me and my writing on track.
